By downloading or using MoodPulse (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• You may use MoodPulse for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• The App allows you to track your mood, log notes, and visualize trends.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own device security and backups.

3. Local Data

Currently, MoodPulse stores all mood logs and notes locally on your device. We do not store your personal data in the cloud at this time. Future updates may include optional cloud sync, which will be clearly communicated and require your consent.

4. User Responsibilities

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
• Do not use the App to collect personal information from other users without consent.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any personal data you choose to record in the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and design elements in MoodPulse are owned by or licensed to MoodPulse. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

MoodPulse is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by using the App. Your data is stored locally, so we are not responsible for any device loss, corruption, or deletion of your mood logs.

7. Updates

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in the App and posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of MoodPulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may uninstall the App at any time, which terminates your access.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
