- Mood Logs: Your selected moods (emojis) and optional notes.
- Usage Data: Anonymous app usage data to improve app performance.
- Device Information: Type of device and operating system version.
- We do not collect personal identifiers such as name, email, or location unless you voluntarily provide them.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve MoodPulse features.
- To visualize mood trends and streaks for your app experience.
- To troubleshoot issues and maintain app security.
4. Data Storage
All your mood logs and notes are stored locally on your device. MoodPulse does not currently use cloud storage or sync your data to any external servers. Your data remains private and under your control. Cloud backup and sync may be introduced in a future update, in which case this policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Your Data Rights
- Access & Export: You can view and export your mood logs at any time.
- Deletion: You can delete individual entries or your entire mood history directly in the app.
- Opt-Out: You can disable optional cloud sync at any time.
6. Children’s Privacy
MoodPulse is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted promptly.
7. Third-Party Services
Currently, MoodPulse does not share any personal information with third parties. No cloud providers or analytics services process your local data. When cloud features are introduced in the future, only encrypted and optional data may be transmitted, and we will update this policy to reflect those changes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on this page with an updated effective date.
